Not sure they actually pull that off but they will be close until at least the fourth quarter.

Pick: Tease – Wake Forest +13, Over 49.5

No. 20 Florida @ No. 11 Tennessee

Will make this one simple. If Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson finally shows up, then maybe the lethal running game can get some much-needed rest and space. If that happens then Florida at +11 could cover. The bet here is that he doesn’t. A balanced Tennessee offense puts on a clinic and run away with this one.

Pick: Tennessee -11

Wisconsin at No. 3 Ohio State

This may be the most skilled and balanced Ohio State team in years and they were my preseason pick to win it all. Wisconsin is in for a long night but just in case Ohio State has a slow start, lets tease this.

Pick: Ohio State -13, Over 51

NFL

Patriots @ Ravens

The New England Patriots come into their home opener 1-1 after a solid 17-14 bounce-back win over the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday. Meanwhile, the Ravens are coming off arguably one of their worst losses in franchise history after blowing a 35-7 lead in the second half to the Dolphins. Lamar Jackson has been a beast so far and is playing for a new contract and with some injuries on the Patriots defense, one would think he could torch them. However, due to injuries and lack of talent, Jackson has no one dependable to throw to right now and will have to do it on his own and on the ground. While he will still be dangerous running, he’s going to take a beating playing the role of a running back. The read here is that Mac Jones does find success through the air and the Patriots D wears down Jackson. The Patriots are +2.5 but I say they win outright so taking more value on the money line in a low-scoring affair.

Pick: Same Game Parlay – Patriots Money Line (+125), Under 43.5

Bills @ Dolphins

Can Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami carry over the momentum from their comeback against the Baltimore Ravens when they host the Bills? Or will Josh Allen and the Bills continue to show the NFL that they’re ready to storm back to the Superbowl again this year? The Bills are still a -5.5 favorites on the money line in this game, which is expected to be quite the offensive showdown with an over/under of 52.5. The read here though is that it will be Tua lighting it up just a bit more than Allen as the Phins pull off the upset. Yes, Miami is +5.5 but they will win straight up.

Pick: Dolphins Money Line (+195)

Packers @ Buccaneers

We’re going to make this analysis short, sweet and to the point. 1.) Tom Brady is pissed off and 2.) Aaron Rodgers has, is and always will be overrated and he’s proving it now! Unlike Brady, he can’t make lemonade out of lemons and surely not out of cheese.
