For a second straight postseason, Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask has left fans and media alike trying to read between the tea leaves.

Almost immediately after Tuukka Rask surrendered the Game 1 overtime winner to Washington Capitals forward Nic Dowd 4:41 into the extra frame to give the Caps a 3-2 win and a 1-0 series lead, the embattled Bruins goaltender was asked about his future with the Boston Bruins. Rask, 35, is on an expiring eight-year, $56 million contract, and can become an unrestricted free agent in July.
