Edelman, Raisman Are Game 7 Bruins Banner Captains

New England Patriots star and Super Bowl 53 MVP Julian Edelman was tonight’s Boston Bruins fan banner captain, joined by Liam Fitzgerald, aka the ‘fist bump kid.’ Also joining them was Olympic Gold Medalist and Boston native Aly Raisman. Edelman and Raisman both wore a David Ortiz jersey while waving the flag, sending TD Garden into an absolute frenzy. Ortiz, of course, was shot on Sunday night in the Dominican Republic.

Edelman and Raisman aren’t the only celebrities in the building. The legendary Charles Barkley is in attendance, along with St. Louis native and Blues’ fan Andy Cohen. ‘The Office’ star and Bruins fan John Krasinski was at TD Garden, while St. Louis Blues fan and the inspiring Laila Anderson flew out for the contest.

BHN’s Jimmy Murphy was in the Garden and caught the atmosphere.
