The hit occurred late in the first period, as Sundqvist hit Grzelcyk from behind and went shoulder to head, leaving the Bruins rearguard dazed and confused. Grzelcyk would leave the game and not return and Sundqvist went to the box for two minutes.
Grzelcyk is day to day in concussion protocol and will not travel with the Bruins to St. Louis for Games 3 and 4. The Bruins depth on defense will be tested with Grzelcyk out of the lineup. Grzelcyk has three goals and four assists in 19 playoff games.
