Finally, after a 10-day layoff, the Stanley Cup Final arrived at TD Garden earlier today. Both the Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues took the Garden ice for their final practice before Game 1 tomorrow night. After that practice, both sides met with the media for the annual Stanley Cup media day event. As the home team in Game 1, the Bruins hosted the packed event at TD Garden, with media from across the 31 member cities of the NHL.

Boston Hockey Now was there to get all the reaction from the Bruins as they prepare for their first game in the Stanley Cup Final since June of 2013.

Tuukka Rask has been arguably the best player all spring for the Bruins, crafting a .942 save percentage through the Eastern Conference Playoffs. Rask talked about what he learned from Tim Thomas during the 2011 Cup run.

Patrick Maroon and Zdeno Chara have fought twice in the last few years. If it is up to Maroon, they won’t be engaged at any point during this season.

Chris Wagner injured his arm back in the Eastern Conference Final, and his status isn’t good for the Final. He touched on his tough situation and how he took part in the Conference Final celebration.

Local product Matt Grzelcyk touched on the chance to win the Stanley Cup with his hometown team and the challenge that awaits against a big and heavy St. Louis team.
