BHN Puck Links: Krejci Tearing It Up Away From Boston Bruins

Boston Bruins

For the record, former Boston Bruins center David Krejci really is killing it in his home country. The 35-year-old playmaker has only played less than a handful of games for Olomouc and he’s racking up goals and assists for hometown team.

Just look at some of those goals as the playmaking center looks like a man amongst boys while averaging a goal per game and rocking a rooster on the crest of his jersey:

Also, look what happens when somebody takes a shot at Krejci on that Czech team:

As his old Boston Bruins linemate Taylor Hall said on Friday, “I’m sure [Krejci] is having a blast. I think everybody in our dressing room is wishing him all the best.” It still remains an interesting scenario as to what options the playmaking center might be looking at as far as the NHL goes once his Extraliga season ends in the Czech Republic, but it still feels like a very distant fantasy that Krejci could/would ever wear the Black and Gold again this season.

It also feels like it’s going to be very difficult for Boston Bruins fans to watch Krejci dominate in the Czech Republic if there are second line growing pains at the start of this NHL season. Now on to the BHN Puck Links:
