St. Louis Post Dispatch Provides Perfect Bulletin Board Material For Bruins

In what could down as one of the greatest sports jinxes of all-time, the St. Louis Post Dispatch tweeted out inserts and posters ready for Monday’s edition on Sunday afternoon to give their readers a “sneak peek” at what will await them if the St. Louis Blues can beat the Boston Bruins in Game 6 of the 2019 Stanley Cup Final Sunday night in St. Louis. Talk about some epic bulletin board material for the Bruins as they try to rally and force a Game 7 Wednesday in Boston.
In preparation for the outcome of the Stanley Cup Final, some of our readers got a sneak peak at what our advertisers are hoping to say to the Blues, the fans and St. Louis. We apologize for the sneak peak and hope to share their messages with everyone very soon!

Later it appeared as if something was wrong with the newspaper’s Twitter feed as the text of the tweet above but not the photos were repeatedly tweeted. It wasn’t exactly ‘”Dewey Beats Truman” but it will definitely become infamous in NHL and sports history should the Bruins pull off the upset in Game 6 and then seal the deal in Game 7 to win the Stanley Cup after trailing 3-2 in the series.
