Blues Barbashev To Have Hearing Hit On Bruins Johansson

UPDATE: Ivan Barbashev has been suspended for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final
The St. Louis Blues could be without the services of forward Ivan Barbashev, as he will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety for his illegal check to the head – that went uncalled when it happened – of Boston Bruins forward Marcus Johansson during a 2-1 victory in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final.

The hit occurred midway through the first period after Johansson released a shot on Blues goalie Jordan Binnington, Barbashev skated by him.
Ivan Barbashev wasn't given a penalty for this hit in Game 5 of the #StanleyCup Final, but will have a hearing today with the Department of Player Safety.

There were various non-calls that the Bruins were unhappy with but this is will be the one that gets reviewed. Barbashev had three goals and three assists.
