Alex Thomas of Boston Hockey Now was at Boston’s practice on Sunday and captured some sound from the locker room:

Torey Krug talked about his second appearance in the Stanley Cup Final, how he’s helping the young guys prepare for the moment and on his role in bringing the locker room together.

With the Bruins now in the final, does that give the bragging rights to Jake in the DeBrusk house? According to him, he earned those last season. DeBrusk joked with me about that, and talked about how special this appearance in the Final is to him after his father Louie, an NHL veteran, never got this chance.

Hometown boy Matt Grzelcyk talks about representing his hometown team in the Stanley Cup Final and his last Championship game at TD Garden, the 2015 NCAA National Championship with Boston University.

Bruce Cassidy updated the Boston media on his injured players, while also talking about the atmosphere inside of his locker room and how this group came together. Cassidy also discussed preparation plans for the Final and a potential scrimmage this week for the B’s.
