Today’s stories include: Viktor Arvidsson’s hattrick, Kyle Connor propelling the Jets, Connor McDavid’s comparison, Matt Duchene’s decision, Sharks win Stanley Cup rematch, and Anaheim has tough decisions.

Top hockey news for Wednesday, January 16th

On National Hat Day, Viktor Arvidsson recorded a hat trick to lead Nashville over Washington.

In a battle of last year’s Western Conference Final, Kyle Connor led Winnipeg over Vegas.

Mark Spector of Sportsnet, compares Connor McDavid’s early career team struggles to one Steve Yzerman.

Before any decision is made with Ottawa, Matt Duchene is going to let the season play out.

In a rematch of the 2016 Stanley Cup Final, it was the Sharks edging out the Penguins thanks to Tomas Hertl.
